Revive & Remodel Construction LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides remodeling, renovation, and handyman services for residential and commercial properties. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
While we strive to provide accurate information, all content on our website, promotional materials, and consultations is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, as every project depends on various factors, including materials, existing conditions, and client preferences.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to, unforeseen structural issues, delays caused by third parties, or material defects beyond our control. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary approvals from homeowners' associations or other governing bodies before work commences.
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to our terms, policies, and any signed agreements before project commencement.
Terms & Conditions
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Revive & Remodel Construction LLC provides home and business remodeling, handyman, and repair services, including but not limited to:

Kitchen and bathroom remodeling

Flooring installation and repairs

Painting and drywall
-
Carpentry and cabinetry
-
Electrical and plumbing (by licensed subcontractors as required)

General handyman services
2. ESTIMATES & PAYMENT TERMS

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

A deposit of 30-50% (depending on the project scope) is required before work begins.

Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via cash, check, or electronic transfer.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week after the due date.
3. PROJECT TIMELINES & DELAYS

Estimated project timelines are provided but are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, material shortages, or changes requested by the client.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, permit approvals, or unforeseen structural issues.
4. CHANGES & ADDITIONAL WORK

Any changes requested after work has begun must be documented in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden water damage, outdated wiring) that require additional work will be communicated, and the client must approve cost changes before proceeding.
5. PERMITS & REGULATIONS

The client is responsible for obtaining necessary homeowner association approvals.

Revive & Remodel Construction LLC will obtain required building permits when applicable.

We adhere to all local building codes and regulations and use licensed subcontractors for specialized work (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
6. WARRANTIES & LIABILITY

We offer a one-year workmanship warranty on labor. Material warranties vary based on the manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by external factors.

We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or materials supplied by the client.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 72 hours before the start date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start date will result in a 20% cancellation fee.

If work has already started, refunds will not be issued for labor performed or materials purchased.
8. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client must provide clear access to the worksite and ensure that personal belongings are protected.

Pets and children should be kept away from the construction area for safety.

The client must ensure that utilities (electricity, water) are available for the duration of the project.
9. INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to hold Revive & Remodel Construction LLC, its employees, and subcontractors harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the project, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation in the state where the company operates.

Legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be conducted in the jurisdiction of [State Name].
11. GOVERNING LAW
